Terms of This Agreement

All and any email communications will confirm you agree and understand all details of your private dining experience 

Bookings:

· A booking date will not be considered ‘Confirmed’ until a deposit has been received.

· Any changes to a booked event must be made within 10 days prior to your confirmed booking. 

· Your final guest count needs to be submitted ten days prior to your confirmed booking.

Note:  If you have received discounted pricing on an agreed upon number and the guest count falls you will be charged the standard posted per guest charge

Deposits and Payment:

· A $350 deposit for any private event will be due at the time of confirmation (see above)

· Final payment is due the day of service 

. Accepted Payment Methods:

· Venmo (3% fee)

· Zelle (additional fee)

· Checks with advanced confirmation

· Cash

Cancellation Policy

· Cancellations up to one month before date of private event:  100% of deposit will be refundable

· Cancellations 14 days before date of private event, will result in a $350 cancellation fee. Should a deposit be waived the $350 cancelation fee will still apply We apologize, cancellations cost us a day of income

. Cancellations 7 days or less will result in a cancelation fee of $600 and reimbursements of any purchased product.
