Johnny is well known around the globe for the restaurant chain bearing his name Johnny Carino's founded in 1994. He is a frequent public speaker and mentors the Greenville South Carolina Schools grades K-12 and is Ambassador Chef to the Seafood Nutrition Partnership a 501c based in Washington DC.
